The hotel was smaller than pictured and not in the main building but in the booking office, yet close to many stores. The room had a big selection of pillows and amenities including TVs, microwave, mini fridges, coffee/tea, and hair dryers. The location was fantastic, central to everything and right across the street from a shopping mall, although not very close to a gas station or a Tim Horton's.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Voyageur Place Hotel in Newmarket, Ontario. The hotel had a fantastic location, right across from a mall, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. However, the rooms, accessed from the hotel lobby, were below standard with an exterior entrance. The dining experience at the on-site restaurant was of good standard and very convenient, but could be improved. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
